Nexthop was established by Marcin Zgola, a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) with over two decades of experience in the value-added reseller (VAR) space, delivering high-end network and security solutions for enterprise clients.
Throughout his career, Marcin identified a critical gap in the industry: while large firms offered impressive credentials and vendor partnerships, they often buried clients under layers of corporate bureaucracy, internal politics, and protracted sales processes. Meanwhile, technical expertise got diluted across support tiers, and delivery timelines stretched to accommodate quarterly planning cycles rather than client urgency.
